My Style>
For truly candid and sincere photographs I believe that a documentary style of photography is essential. For this reason, sessions are quite relaxed.  In the truest sense I am more an observer than the photographer.  I may provide some direction and will certainly interact with children during the session, but I prefer to wait, watch, and let life unfold naturally. 

Photo Session>
We will spend 1 to 3 hours together in a location of your choice. This allows for an unhurried approach and creates an atmosphere in which you can relax and just be yourself. (The remainder of your session fee is due at this time.)

Clothing>
As a general rule, black, khaki, denim, linen, polos, turtlenecks and V-necks photograph well. But most importantly, you want to be comfortable, so wear what makes you feel that way.

Regarding children, characters and slogans on clothing is undesirable, as they can be a distraction. Also, avoid large or bold patterns and bright colors.

The overriding principle here is, as with many things in life, simple is best. 

Preview Session>
Within approximately 2 weeks of your photo session a set of 25-35 images will be provided in a private web gallery, which you can access from the client login page. The gallery will remain online for 2 weeks. We will set up a convenient time when we can view your print previews together and decide which photographs you would would like to own, and consider other creative options. 50% of print fees are due when orders are placed, with the remainder due upon delivery.

Your Prints>
Print orders normally take 2-3 weeks to fill. As soon as they are completed you will be contacted and we will set up a convenient time for me to deliver them to you.
